    Job Description

    I'm recruiting on behalf of a reputable, nationwide organisation as they look to recruit an experienced business systems manager into their team. The role will involve the management and continuous development of my clients business critical D365 CE/ CRM solution - leading a small technical team and getting hands on with a range of exciting, end to end system projects. My client is going through an expansive period of growth and they are heavily investing in technology to drive their business; with projects planned across Microsoft Dynamics 365/ Power Platform in 2024 and beyond.

    The role is primarily home based, with the expectation of occasional on-site time in Hertfordshire - project phase dependant.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Day to day management of a small IT team (4 direct reports) - ensuring successful systems support delivery and conducting regular reviews/ 1-2-1 sessions with team members
    * Hands on in end to end Agile project delivery - analysis, requirement gathering, design, testing, training, go-live support
    * Hands on responsibilities including managing data flows, security management, project documentation
    * Ensuring the successful governance/ development of my clients CRM systems operations - driving effective change/ efficiency of the division; working closely with senior stakeholders. Contributing to IT/ systems best practice initiatives and roadmapping

    Skills & Qualifications

    * A proven track record in business systems management & implementation
    * Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/ Dynamics CRM/ Power Platform
    * End to end project life cycle skills - analysis/ design through to go-live. Comfortable with AGILE principles
    * Familiarity with Azure Devops. Technical skills in C#, Javascript (preferable, not essential)
    * Teams leadership skills
    * Strong communication/ stakeholder skills - forward thinking approach, proactive and driven

    A Hertfordshire based engineering company are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Business Systems Lead to join their inhouse IT team, to take ownership of their Dynamics platform and manage their business systems team. The role is very flexible with some onsite time in Stevenage required, the frequency is up to you, you can go to the office weekly or just quarterly if preferred. The base salary is up to £70,000.

    You will line manage a business systems team of 3, who are responsible for day to day support, training and maintenance. You will be responsible for upholding high standards, managing workloads and a point of escalation. You will have the chance to work hands on customising the system, playing an active role in solution design and working with senior stakeholders incl with the company director.
