    Job Description - MS Solutions Consultant

This position is a fantastic opportunity for a technically sound Microsoft consultant with experience in presales/requirement gathering to join an MSP with some exciting projects in the pipeline. The skillset the organisation are looking for with the successful candidate is based around the EUC field, with a particular requirement within Intune and Windows as well as Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Defender and other cyber security specialisms.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Work alongside the sales and technical teams to ensure the correct solution is provided to the client to suit their needs.
    * Build upon existing and create new relationships with clients.
    * Accurately scope, define and price project work.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, specifically EUC, O365, Intune, Windows and Defender.
    * Great presales capabilities with a proven track record of building comprehensive relationships with senior stakeholders.
    * Confident in communicating with technical and non-technical individuals up to and including C suite level.

    Power BI Analyst - GBP45,000

    A not-for-profit organisation based in Newent (Gloucestershire) are looking for an experienced and ambitious Power BI professional to take the lead on Power BI reporting across the organisation, to allow for better data-driven decision-making.

    Please note that this role will require you to be in the office 3 days per week (with some flexibility to reduce this over time), so you must live within a commutable distance.

    You'll work with senior stakeholders across the organisation to provide insightful reports on their KPIs, and you will be the subject-matter-expert who they will look to for advice and guidance on these. As such, you'll be very stakeholder-facing, and will need to be someone who enjoys being both technically hands-on as well as using your softer consultative skills.

    There is a lot of potential for you to potentially build and lead a data team in the future, making this an incredibly exciting growth role!

    Requirements:

    * Strong Power BI development experience including use of DAX

    I am working with a Gloucestershire based not-for-profit organisation who are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team and take ownership for KPI reporting across the business. This role sides within a close-knit and collaborative IT team where you will use your experience creating custom Power BI visualisations to deliver high quality and informative reports.

    This is the first role of its kind within the organisation and you will be given the responsibility of working closely with senior stakeholders to report on KPIs in order to make decisions that can improve business processes and performance.

    The organisation have a goal to become a truly data driven organisation and this role will play a vital part in that. The organisation anticipate further growth within the team and you will be at the forefront of this with the opportunity to eventually lead a team of analysts.



    As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas.

    * Work with senior stakeholders across the organisation to discuss KPI reporting requirements.
    * Lead and advise on best practice when it comes to visualisation and reporting of data.
    * Create impactful and effective data visualisations with Power BI



    This is a salaried role paying up to £45,000 per year depending on experience. You will be required to work 2 days in the company office in Gloucestershire with the other 3 days spent working remotely.
