This position would work as a Sales Technology Subject Matter expert, acting as the liaison between the sales & marketing division to their IT dept.

Your New Role:
* System Enhancement: Define and understand sales system needs, analyze data, and propose solutions to keep our CRM at its prime.
* Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors and developers, ensuring clear instructions, monitoring progress, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
* Training & Documentation: Be a training maestro, identifying needs, creating effective materials, and evaluating training effectiveness.
* Platform Mastery: Take the reins as the primary CRM resource, handling customization, administration, and ensuring smooth operation.
* Second Level Support: Resolve service requests within SLA, document and escalate system bugs for seamless operations.
What You'll Need:
* 3+ years of experience with CRM products with the majority of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms
* Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus, not required
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and Power Apps technical solutions
* Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
* Microsoft's Power Platform knowledge
* Core Skills: SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Power Apps, and Power Automate
* Experience with gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and designing solutions
* Experience working with a team to deliver large, complex technology projects
* Dynamics CRM implementation experience is preferred, not required
