AR Specialist - Billing | FL (Onsite)

Nigel Frank International is working with a growing enterprise-level organization in the consumer goods / beverage space that is looking to add an AR Specialist - Billing to their team onsite near Coral Springs/Fort Lauderdale, FL.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong billing and AR experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with long-term growth potential.

Fully onsite - 5 days/week

Type:
Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices
* Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
* Process cash applications, credits, adjustments, and reconciliations
* Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
* Maintain accurate billing and customer account records
* Support month-end close and AR reporting activities
* Work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve issues
* Assist with process improvements and workflow efficiencies within AR

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Billing
* Experience working in high-volume AR environments
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Advanced Excel skills preferred (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas)
* Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Great Plains, SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience with deductions, disputes, retailer accounts, or EDI is a plus
