    Cryptography Specialist

    I am working with a global organisation that is expanding its cybersecurity capabilities and looking for a Cryptography Specialist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of digital security, managing encryption systems and key management processes that protect some of the organisation's most sensitive data.

    As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas:

    * Manage and maintain Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and cryptographic infrastructure
    * Create, store, rotate, and retire encryption keys securely across multiple platforms
    * Support incident and change management processes related to cryptographic systems
    * Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure seamless integration
    * Contribute to project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives

    To be successful in the role you will have:

    * Experience in cryptography and information security
    * Hands-on experience with HSM configuration and support
    * Familiarity with SSH key and certificate management
    * Understanding of Unix and Windows environments

    This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely, though occasional office presence may be required. Some of the benefits included with the role are listed below:

    D365FO Systems Accountant - Hybrid - £75k

    We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant to play a key role in a high-impact Finance ERP system implementation of D365FO.

    This role offers a rare opportunity to lead the finance reporting work-stream of a major transformation project. You'll work closely with finance, IT, and project teams to drive best-in-class reporting practices using Power BI and D365 native tools.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Reporting Leadership: Own the reporting work-stream, delivering a suite of 50+ finance reports in collaboration with their strategic partner.
    * System Testing: Participate in system testing and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate, robust reporting outputs.
    * Financial Reporting: Use Power BI and D365FO native tools to design, develop, and enhance reporting to support business decision-making.
    * Data Migration: Assist with accurate migration of financial data to D365FO.
    * Change Enablement: Support change management and user adoption by developing user guides and delivering finance training.
    * Documentation & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive process documentation and ensure all reports reconcile to the finance system.
    * Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and project management teams to ensure successful implementation.



    Skills and Experience

    * ERP Experience: Hands-on experience with D365FO and a good understanding of finance systems.
    * BI Tools: 3+ years of experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.

    * CRM Systems: Experience working with large-scale ERP migrations.
    * Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

    Nigel Frank are working exclusively with an retail company, with a fantastic opportunity for a driven, skilled systems accountant to join a flexible project team at a location in North Wales for a fixed-term contract lasting 12 months.

    The main focus of this role is to support a major financial systems transition from one ERP platform to another. This position will provide valuable exposure across departments, offering insights, support, and detailed analysis. You will collaborate closely with the finance department to understand the financial implications of system changes and assist with coordinating usability testing.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    * Support the transfer of financial data between legacy and new systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
    * Participate in validation and testing of the new financial platform, documenting any issues found.
    * Assist with managing the change process, working with different teams to pinpoint improvement areas.
    * Deliver training and assistance to finance colleagues on the new system, including preparing guides and leading training sessions.
    * Generate and update financial reports during the system transition, maintaining accuracy throughout.
