    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Lead to oversee a full-cycle ERP implementation for a Canadian organization. This role will be responsible for leading the project from discovery through go-live, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background leading Business Central implementations and managing cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    *

    Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation
    *

    Conduct discovery sessions and solution design workshops
    *

    Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
    *

    Oversee system configuration, integrations, and data migration
    *

    Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
    *

    Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
    *

    Support testing, user training, and go-live activities
    *

    Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations

    Required Qualifications

    *

    Proven experience leading full-cycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
    *

    Strong functional knowledge in Finance (GL, AP, AR), Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution
    *

    Experience working within consulting or partner-led environments preferred
    *

    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    *

    Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a remote setting
    *

    Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

    Preferred Qualifications

    Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 Business Central
    *

    Experience with integrations, third-party ISVs, or data migration tools
