    I am working with a Microsoft partnered managed service provider who are looking for an experienced SQL Server DBA to join their team. The organisation are going through a period of significant growth and are working with a number of highly renowned clients to support them with their SQL Server requirements. You will work collaboratively with a team of like-minded DBAs with the goal to effectively resolve all client needs within a timely manner.

    This organisation are focused on the training and development of each member of the team. You will be given the opportunity to complete funded Microsoft certifications and training courses that can help develop your skill set further.     As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas.

    * Support with SQL Server installations, configurations, upgrades, migrations, backups and restores.

    * Complete performance tuning tasks
    * Provide Azure Cloud support with clients Azure SQL Databases, Azure VM's and Azure Managed Instances



    This is a salaried role paying up to £65,000 per year depending on experience. This is a fully remote opportunity with the opportunity to work from anywhere across the UK.     To be successful in this role you will have.

    * Previous experience working as a SQL Server DBA
    * Strong understanding of database maintenance operations

    My client are looking for an ambitious and experienced D365 Business Central Support Analyst who is looking to progress into a new challenge within the Dynamics industry. The role offered is within an organsation with plans to upgrade their current ERP system to D365 BC. Their IT department is progressive and the longer term plan for the role is take on full autonomy of their ERP application. The opportunity will see the successful candidate play a fundamental role in the support and upgrade of their Dynamics NAV/D365 Business central system.

    This role will require weekly site visits in the South West.

    Duties:

    * 1st and 2nd line support of Dynamics NAV/ 365 Business Central
    * Lead multi-site/cross-functional workshops to identify and document business application requirements for further enhancement
    * End to end implementation support and aftercare
    * Escalate in house queries to 3rd party support teams

    They have went live on Microsoft Dynamics across multiple European locations and over the past 6 months have been building out an internal Dynamics team to gradually bring the workload inhouse and move away from their 3rd party who has done the majority of the project work so far. The role is a mix of ongoing project work, creating an environment of continuous improvement, 3rd line bug fixes and maintenance.
