My client is an award winning consultancy with a longstanding presence in the market. Being a one-stop shop for IT solutions including ERP, SAP, Integration Solutions and most recently - Data & AI.

Over the past few years they have been building their data-driven team designed to support and advise customers through modern data transformations. Leveraging forward facing data tools and techniques to build robust and scalable solutions, all while keeping a keen eye on the climate!

There are multiple vacancies for either senior data engineers or architects to join our troop - here is what we hope to see:

* 4+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer
* Previous experience on cloud based solutions - ideally with Azure, Data factory, Fabric or Databricks
* Experience with dbt or snowflake is also of interest!
* Full stack mentality with the ambition to add new skills to their tool kit
* Strong communication skills with colleagues and non-IT specialist stakeholders alike
* Fluency in Finnish (written and verbal)

Senior Data Engineer - Espoo

Our project pipeline is booming, and we need someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact, on top of their data projects they are in the middle of developing their own products in-house to continue to evolve the business!



The Role:



As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing modern data platforms that enable AI and advanced analytics solutions.

You'll work closely with our consultants and clients to build scalable, secure, and high-performing data ecosystems.



Key Responsibilities:



* Become a key advisor for customers and their data journey
* Help manage end-end data projects, building scalable and robust solutions
* Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures using Azure Data Services and Databricks.
* Enable reporting and visualization through Power BI.
* Establish an analytics friendly environment, ready for analysts to support machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives.
* Ensure data quality, governance, and security across all solutions.
* Quickly integrate into ongoing projects and deliver value from day one.



What We're Looking For:



* Proven experience in data engineering (preferably in consulting or complex enterprise environments).
* Strong skills in:
* Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)
* Databricks for big data processing
* Power BI for reporting and dashboards
* Familiarity with machine learning workflows or advanced analytics is a plus.
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Finnish language proficiency preferred; English speakers considered for the right profile.
