I'm looking for a driven and dynamic Operations Manager to join a successful Property Management business in Cambridge. In line with their highly collaborative culture, this role will be largely office-based, so you must live within a close proximity to Cambridge.

The team is a mix of IT and Operations Specialists, who are responsible for maintaining all software systems, processes and tools that are used across all departments, including for both office-based and site-based staff, and providing training to staff.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of in-house specialists who manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including their main industry-specific software systems (training on these systems will be fully provided).

Responsibilities will include:

* Leading and developing a high-performing team
* Creating operational efficiencies
* Data analysis
* Data and document management
* Project management

Above all, we are looking for somebody who is a "shaper" - a natural leader, who is passionate about driving a team forward, setting goals, and ensuring that those goals are achieved through their leadership, energy, and determination!

Requirements:

* Significant experience leading high-performing teams
* Prior experience supporting different technologies or software
* Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
* Strong project management skills with a desire to take ownership

This exciting D365 CE Project Manager role gives the successful applicant to join an award-winning business specialising in digital transformations.

My client is seeking a proactive D365 CE Project Manager to play a pivotal role in their varied D365 CE projects across public sector & housing projects, ensuring their clients receive the best D365 CE solutions, on-time and on-budget.

They offer a flexible, remote working model with a starting salary of up to £50k dependant on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

* Lead the delivery of high quality Dynamics 365 CRM projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time and on-budget.
* Lead the creation of relevant project processes and documentation
* Establish what each project needs and determine the necessary business resources to implement CRM systems, defining the strategy and objectives of each client.
* Understand the clients business needs and challenges specific to their sector.
* Identify potential challenges and communicate with the necessary teams to reduce risk and ensure project is delivered to agreed timescale and budget.

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience working in a Project Manager role with Dynamics (Partner Experience preferable but not essential).
