A robust consulting firm is in the market for a skilled Software Engineer to work within an on-prem Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. The on-site SME Software Engineer will provide a gap analysis and will recommend solutions that account for the operational tempo and security constraints of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Platform, manage customization, and maintain documentation.
*Create advance finds, dashboards, SSRS, and workflows.
*Customizing CRM by creating HTML/JavaScript web resources.
*Validation of all user input prior to adding to back-end.
*Generates architectural diagrams and additional documentation, as necessary.
*Provide support for SQL server databases.
*Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
*DoD 8570.01-M to meet IAT Level II compliance are required, if not, ability to retain in 3 weeks.
*TIL v3 Foundations Certified, if not will have to be certified within 90 days.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power BI.
*Knowledge of .NET Frameworks (C#).
*Advanced knowledge of JavaScript.
*Advanced knowledge of querying w/Fetch XML or OData.
*Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Communicate Clearly and concisely both oral and written.

The Agile Coach plays a crucial role in facilitating the alignment of mature Safe Agile Development teams with their business processes, primarily through the optimization and customization of the Jira application. The primary responsibilities include:

* Jira Application Enhancement: Take charge of maturing the Jira application to align seamlessly with identified business processes. This involves optimizing the Jira application to improve the overall flow of program delivery for Program Managers, PMO teams, and Agile Release Trains.
* Customization and Mapping: Participate in the customization of the Jira implementation in collaboration with the Jira team, ensuring that the application is tailored to map seamlessly onto the unique processes of the customer community.
* Process Alignment: Collaborate with mature Safe Agile Development teams to assess their existing business processes. Utilize your expertise in Agile methodologies to identify areas for improvement and enhancement of the Jira product to support them.
* Collaboration with Stakeholders: Engage with Program Managers, PMO teams, and Agile Release Trains to understand their unique requirements and challenges. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to optimize the current Jira implementation, ensuring it meets the specific needs of the organization's program delivery.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Work diligently to identify customer needs and expectations regarding Jira functionality. Apply Agile principles to enhance the application in a way that aligns with and supports multiple Scrum teams.



What you will bring to us:

What You Will Do:

Seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Architect to translate complex business needs into scalable Power Apps solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver case management solutions, ensuring quality and mitigating risks. Lead technical teams and streamline communication between clients, project managers, and business analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Translate business needs into technical solutions using the Power Platform.
* Lead design and architecture of Power Apps solutions, including integrations with various services and data sources.
* Define technical standards and best practices for Power Apps development.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and Power Platform specialists.
* Conduct architecture and code reviews, optimizing performance and security.
* Ensure alignment of solutions with overall business objectives and IT strategy.

What You Will Need:

* Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience as a Power Platform Architect or similar role.
* Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and related components.
* Strong understanding of Azure services, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and related technologies.
* Leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
* Experience with data modeling, security configurations, and performance tuning.
* Proficiency in C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, Power BI, and related technologies.
* Ability to work in a hybrid setting and Eastern Standard Hours.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

* Experience in consulting firms or Microsoft Gold partners.
* Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
* Experience with public sector clients or Agile methodologies.
