D365 BC Consultant - Copenhagen (Internal)

An international end user is seeking a Business Central Consultant to join their global team on a full‑time basis. This position is ideal for someone who has hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and enjoys supporting users, improving processes, and collaborating across multiple departments.

Working closely with teams such as Supply Chain, Finance, CSR, and commercial operations, the consultant will help optimise the organisation's Business Central environment and associated applications. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic ERP landscape within a growing, creative, and mission‑led business.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Support & Guidance
* Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Troubleshoot user issues and support best‑practice adoption
* Assist users across global business units and time zones
Process & Solution Support
* Support requirements gathering and process analysis
* Assist in translating business needs into Business Central configuration updates
* Maintain documentation for system changes and enhancements
Project Support & Optimisation
* Contribute to system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with external partners, developers, and ISVs
* Support integrations with connected applications
Training & Enablement
* Assist with training sessions for superusers and functional teams
* Promote consistent use of Business Central across global users
Data & Reporting
* Help with data migration tasks, configuration packages, and data validation
* Support reporting via native BC tools, Excel, and Power BI

Skills needed:

* Experience as a Business Central or NAV Consultant, Analyst, or advanced superuser
* Understanding of at least one BC functional area (Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Warehousing, or Manufacturing)
* Comfortable supporting users and contributing to process improvements
* Exposure to integrations, extensions, or ERP project environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
* Bachelor's degree preferred

We're looking for a Functional Consultant to lead advanced warehousing and manufacturing initiatives in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO). You'll play a key role in designing and implementing a global ERP and WMS template as part of a major digital transformation programme.

What You'll Do

* Design, configure, test, deploy, and document warehousing and manufacturing solutions in D365FO.
* Continuously improve and optimise solutions for maximum efficiency.
* Advise users and colleagues on leveraging D365FO functionality.
* Define and prioritise product backlog in collaboration with business owners.
* Gather and translate requirements into actionable user stories.
* Work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely feature delivery.

What We're Looking For

* Degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Operations, or related field.
* Several years of experience with AX12 and D365FO, focusing on supply chain.
* Expertise in advanced warehousing, manufacturing, or MDM.
* Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
* Fluent in written and spoken English. (Must have the right to work in Denmark)

Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken

For Senior / Architect-level profiles:

5-10+ years of ERP consulting experience (D365 F&O or AX)

Experience with multiple end-to-end implementations

Ability to take technical or functional leadership in projects

Exposure to solution architecture, integrations, Power Platform, or Azure is an advantage
