    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tester with strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales & Customer Insights) and the Power Platform. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and usability of CRM solutions through comprehensive testing practices across the full application lifecycle.

    The ideal candidate combines functional consulting knowledge with hands-on QA/testing experience, and is adept at validating complex business processes, integrations, and data flows in cloud-based environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Testing & Quality Assurance

    * Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for D365 CE solutions and Power Platform applications
    * Perform regression, integration, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system stability and performance
    * Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira, ensuring timely resolution
    * Coordinate and support UAT cycles with business stakeholders, including walkthroughs and defect reproduction steps

    Functional Validation & Business Alignment

    * Translate business requirements into test scenarios to validate functional and technical solutions
    * Validate CRM processes across Sales, marketing automation, quoting, invoicing, and customer engagement workflows
    * Ensure accuracy of customer journeys, segmentation logic, and campaign execution within Customer Insights
    * Collaborate with product owners, developers, and data teams to ensure high-quality deliverables

    Integration & Data Validation

    * Test data flows across integrations involving Dataverse, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 services
    * Validate data integrity and transformation using tools such as SQL and Power BI dashboards
    * Support migration and validation of datasets from multiple sources into centralized environments

    Power Platform & D365 Support

    * Validate configurations within Model-Driven Apps, workflows, forms, business process flows, and security roles
    * Test enhancements involving Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom CRM extensions (e.g., JavaScript web resources)
    * Ensure usability, performance, and adherence to CRM best practices

    Documentation & Continuous Improvement

    * Create and maintain test documentation, SOPs, and user-facing QA guides
    * Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements identified during testing cycles
    * Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

    Required Qualifications

    * Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Insights preferred)
    * Strong experience in QA/testing methodologies and lifecycle management
    * Experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans, Jira, or similar tools
    * Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
    * Understanding of data validation, SQL, and reporting tools such as Power BI
    * Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
    * Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    * Microsoft Certifications such as:

    * D365 Sales Functional Consultant (MB-210)
    * Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
    * Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

    * Experience supporting end-to-end CRM implementations or enhancements
    * Exposure to data pipelines, automation testing, or scripting (Python)
    * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
