    A client of ours is looking to bring on an Esker Consultant / Administrator to support their Esker on Demand (EOD) environment post-implementation. This role will be a blend of functional support, system administration, and user enablement - ideal for someone who can own day-to-day Esker operations while working closely with business users and technical teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Manage and maintain Esker configurations including users, groups, tables, and workflows
    * Monitor daily system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations
    * Handle data imports, table mapping, and system integrations with ERP platforms
    * Configure and maintain dashboards, views, and reporting capabilities
    * Support SFTP setup (inbound/outbound channels) and assist with SSO configurations and certificate renewals
    * Work with AP processes including automatic processing, duplicate detection, and PO reconciliation
    * Act as the primary point of contact between business users and Esker Support, managing and qualifying tickets before escalation
    * Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to improve adoption and efficiency
    * Maintain internal documentation for system changes, enhancements, and workflows
    * Stay up to date with Esker releases, tools, and best practices

    Required Experience:

    * Experience in an Esker Administrator or similar system/application admin role
    * Strong understanding of Esker document processing and ERP integrations
    * Experience supporting AP automation workflows
    * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and process-related issues
    * Experience working directly with end users and driving system adoption
    * Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
    * Esker certification (or willingness to maintain certification) preferred

    Nice to Have:

    * Experience working in high-volume AP environments
    * Exposure to post-implementation Esker support and optimization
    * Experience with training, documentation, and process improvement initiatives

    POSITION SUMMARY
    The Solutions Sales Engineer will perform a variety of sales and engineering related functions in support of a fast-paced, multi-disciplined equipment engineering business. This position will provide the opportunity to drive and oversee all systems sales and implementation activities for the organization. The Solutions Sales Engineer is expected to design, sell, and support automated plant water systems for industrial reuse applications.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
    * Utilize design software to create P&IDs for the implementation of automated plant water systems and do engineering calculations for system configurations
    * Promote the sales of automated plant water systems and ancillary automated process systems for the textile services market and food processing industries
    * Share technical specs, schematics, and ROI calculations for products and applications with the customer
    * Manage the installation and startup of plant water, heating, and other ancillary automated systems
    * Provide customer technical support for running systems in the field
    * Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer application requirements, assess customers met and unmet needs
    * Develop proposals, product presentations, and other product data required to close sales contracts
    * Monitor your customer engagement activities regularly by inputting your activity into the company's CRM software; maintain clean and updated records for all leads and accounts.
    * Support the quarterly sales growth targets within a defined product set and territory
    * Attend and in some cases present at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events
    * Help expand product market share by working with Sales & Marketing Manager to develop effective product sales strategies.
    * Additional duties as directed by management

    * Proficient with Microsoft Excel & engineering design software such as AutoCad, SolidWorks, Fusion, or Matlab
