As the F&O Application Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our F&O applications, ensuring their successful implementation, customization, and ongoing support to meet the needs of our end-users.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the strategic planning and execution of F&O application initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define project scope and objectives.
* Manage the configuration, customization, and integration of F&O applications, ensuring they align with our end-users' needs and support our business processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, and operations, to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for F&O usage.
* Provide hands-on support for end-users, assisting with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user training to maximize the effectiveness and adoption of F&O applications.
* Drive system enhancements and process improvements by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and streamlining of F&O functionalities.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants as needed to implement new features, upgrades, or integrations with other business systems.
* Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
* Stay up to date with the latest F&O releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for system improvements and future enhancements.
* Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and implement preventive measures to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our F&O applications.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are highly desirable.
* Proven experience as an Application Manager or similar role, specifically in managing F&O applications within an end-user environment.
* Strong understanding of F&O modules, including financial management, supply chain, manufacturing, and reporting.
* Proficiency in F&O configuration, customization, and integration, with a demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.
