Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET & Angular) | Oslo | Hybrid Work

Are you ready to take ownership of impactful applications and help build a development team from the ground up? A leading tech-driven company in Oslo is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join their growing team in brand-new offices at Construction City.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Lead development and architecture for two major applications used across the organization
* Work with a modern tech stack: .NET, Angular, and AWS
* Take a hands-on role in API development and backend architecture (60% backend / 40% frontend)
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to a strong coding culture
* Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to solve real user needs
* Explore new technologies, including AI and automation, to improve construction site operations

What You Bring:

* 5-7+ years of experience in full stack development
* Strong expertise in .NET and Angular (React is a plus, but Angular is essential)
* Solid experience with APIs and backend systems
* Fluent in Norwegian (required for team collaboration)
* Passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and team leadership
