Job Title: CRM Application Support Specialist (Hybrid/Flexible Working)

We're working with our client to recruit a CRM Application Support Specialist to join their technology team on a fixed‑term basis. This hands‑on technical role focuses on CRM platform support, role‑based security, environment management, and secure deployment pipelines. You'll play a key part in ensuring the CRM platform and its integrations remain stable, secure, and efficiently deployed across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments. You'll collaborate closely with their implementation partner, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to maintain a reliable and compliant CRM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical and functional support for the CRM platform (e.g., Dynamics 365).
* Manage and maintain CRM environments, configurations, and solution deployments.
* Support CI/CD pipelines for CRM code, customisations, and integrations, including pre‑ and post‑deployment steps, release notes, and solution management.
* Ensure strong security practices across all environments, including role‑based access, data protection, and patching.
* Monitor application performance and proactively resolve incidents and issues.
* Work with DevOps and InfoSec teams to deliver secure, automated deployment processes.
* Maintain clear documentation for environment setup, deployment procedures, and security configurations.
* Support release management, version control, and testing activities.
About You
* Strong experience supporting and maintaining CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
* Solid understanding of application security, identity management, and environment controls.
* Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
* Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code and configuration management principles.
* Skilled in troubleshooting deployments, integrations, and performance issues.
* Good understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO27001, etc.).
* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
