Azure DevOps Engineer - Stavanger

We are looking for experienced Azure DevOps Engineers to join a growing unit working across complex, business-critical solutions. The role combines DevOps responsibilities with backend development, giving you the opportunity to influence both platform and application architecture.

You will work closely with developers, architects, and customers to build stable, secure, and scalable solutions using modern cloud and DevOps practices. This is a key role where your technical input will directly impact delivery quality and innovation.

Key responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
*

Automate infrastructure and deployment processes
*

Develop and maintain backend solutions with a focus on performance and security
*

Work with container technologies and cloud platforms
*

Monitor, optimise, and improve system reliability and availability
*

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Required skills and experience

*

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
*

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience within DevOps and/or backend development
*

Strong experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code
*

Solid understanding of CI/CD, automation, monitoring, Docker, and Kubernetes
*

Backend development experience using technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js
*

Experience working with Git and agile development methodologies
*

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Norwegian Language Skills
