Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Logistics Coordinator to oversee transportation operations and ensure the efficient movement of fireworks products, equipment, and personnel throughout our seasonal operations. This position plays a critical role in coordinating drivers, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting remote magazine operations, and ensuring on-time deliveries for fireworks displays across the country. The work environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and requires exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to support one of the nation's leading fireworks companies.

3-5 years of dispatch, transportation, or logistics coordination experience
Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and hazardous materials transportation regulations
Experience coordinating drivers, vehicle scheduling, and delivery logistics in a time-sensitive environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage changing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation or logistics management software
Ability to maintain driver qualification files, compliance records, and transportation documentation
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Operations, Warehouse, Production, and Field Technicians
Willingness to provide support outside normal business hours during peak seasonal operations
