What You'll Do

As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, you will lead and support finance-focused ERP implementations for clients across the United States. You'll partner directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead or support implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central financial modules, including:

* General Ledger (GL)
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Accounts Receivable (AR)
* Fixed Assets
* Cash Management
* Financial Reporting
* Budgeting and related finance processes

* Facilitate requirements gathering and business process discovery workshops
* Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
* Configure and test Business Central financial functionality
* Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
* Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution
* Conduct end-user and administrator training sessions
* Assist with cutover planning and go-live activities
* Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations
* Collaborate with technical consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central finance functionality
* Strong functional expertise across core financial modules
* Experience leading client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design discussions
* Ability to analyze business processes and recommend best-practice ERP solutions
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Professional consulting presence and excellent customer-facing skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
* Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment
* Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites when needed (primarily in the Northern Midwest region)
