Power Platform Developer | Onsite - Houston, TX

Our client, a growing organization based in Houston, is looking to add a Power Platform Developer to their team. This is an onsite role for someone who thrives on building practical, scalable solutions that streamline business processes using Microsoft's low-code platform.

What You'll Do

* Design, build, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
* Develop and optimize automated workflows with Power Automate
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional, user-friendly solutions
* Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools
* Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing apps and flows
* Follow best practices around governance, security, and solution architecture within the Power Platform ecosystem

What You Bring

* Hands-on experience building solutions in Power Apps (required)
* Hands-on experience developing workflows in Power Automate (required)
* Strong understanding of Dataverse and/or SharePoint as data sources
* Ability to work directly with business users to scope and deliver solutions
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working onsite in Houston, TX

Nice to Have

* Experience with Power BI
* Familiarity with the broader Microsoft 365 / Dynamics 365 ecosystem
* Background in process automation or citizen development programs
