What You'll Be Doing

🛠 Dynamics 365 Business Central Support

* Serve as the primary point of contact for Business Central support requests
* Troubleshoot functional and operational issues across Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, and Order Management
* Investigate transaction issues, inventory discrepancies, posting errors, and data integrity concerns
* Analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions
* Monitor ERP health and coordinate with technical teams when escalation is needed

⚙ ERP Administration & Optimization

* Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Support and optimize key modules including:

* General Ledger
* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Receivable
* Sales Order Processing
* Purchase Order Processing
* Inventory Management
* Warehouse Management
* Banking & Cash Management
* Fixed Assets
* Intercompany & Consolidations

* Manage user roles, permissions, and security
* Support testing, upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality rollouts
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

📊 Business Process Improvement

* Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to streamline workflows
* Recommend system enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience
* Support reporting initiatives and operational analytics
* Help ensure accurate and reliable business data across the organization

📚 Training & Documentation

* Develop SOPs, training materials, and system documentation
* Train new users and provide ongoing support to existing teams
* Serve as a trusted advisor for ERP best practices

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

* 3+ years of ERP support, administration, or implementation experience
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV
* Experience supporting end users in a live ERP environment
* Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, and Operations

Technical Skills

Experience with:

* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
* SQL / T-SQL
* Microsoft SQL Server
* Relational Databases
* Power BI or other reporting/BI tools
* SharePoint and the Microsoft technology ecosystem

Strong functional knowledge of:

* General Ledger
* Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
* Inventory & Warehouse Management
* Sales & Purchasing
* Banking & Financial Operations

Soft Skills

* Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* Passion for continuous learning and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Certification

⭐ Experience in retail, distribution, wholesale, consumer products, or eCommerce environments

⭐ Experience supporting warehouse operations and inventory-intensive businesses

⭐ Exposure to ERP upgrades, implementations, or enhancement projects
