Enterprise Data & AI Architect, Global IT

We are looking for a Enterise Data & AI Architect for a listed company with agression expansion across the region. The ideal candidate will be devoted to develop robust solutions focused on Big Data and Analytics in a collaborative and delivery-driven environment. In this role, you will design data models and architecture that support the strategic initiatives of the business while ensuring seamless integration and performance across various data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and drive the enterprise data architecture, including data flows, integrations, and Master Data Management (MDM) across ERP, CRM, and operational platforms.
* Establish data governance, quality, security, and ownership frameworks to ensure trusted, business-ready data.
* Lead the AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI roadmap, identifying and delivering scalable automation and business transformation opportunities.
* Oversee data migration, integration, and API strategies to support global system modernization initiatives.
* Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into scalable data and AI solutions.
* Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and vendors for data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and corporate governance requirements.

Key Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, enterprise integration, or related disciplines.
* Proven expertise in enterprise data architecture across ERP, CRM, and business-critical systems.
* Strong experience in data governance, MDM, data quality, and large-scale integration programs.
* Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and modern data platforms.
* Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, APIs, ETL/ELT, and event-driven architectures.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
* Relevant certifications in Data Management, Cloud Architecture, AI/ML, or Project Management are advantageous.
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations-driven industries is a plus.
