AI System Analyst - New role - Perm

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with AI technology. The ideal candidate has a strong software development background and has successfully delivered AI projects from planning through implementation.

This role requires someone who is hands-on, business-oriented, and passionate about identifying opportunities to leverage AI to improve business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments to understand their challenges, recommend AI solutions, and support implementation from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with business users across multiple departments to understand workflows, pain points, and business requirements.
* Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and AI solution proposals.
* Lead and coordinate AI implementation projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
* Work closely with software developers, AI engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
* Participate in hands-on system analysis, solution design, testing, integration, and deployment activities.
* Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to address business challenges.
* Facilitate user workshops, demonstrations, and training to drive AI adoption.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
* Support continuous improvement by identifying new AI use cases across the organization.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
* 5+ years of experience in Software Development, System Analysis, or Solution Development.
* Proven experience delivering at AI projects (e.g., Generative AI, LLM, AI Agent, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or AI Automation).
* Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Hands-on technical experience with software systems and system integration.
* Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across different business departments.
* Able to understand business pain points and recommend practical AI solutions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, or workflow automation platforms.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Experience with APIs, databases, and enterprise system integration.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.
* Experience with AI governance, data privacy, and security best practices.
