Data Scientist

A leading company is looking for a Data Scientist to drive insights and solutions using Azure Data technologies. In this role, you will analyze large datasets to influence strategic business decisions and enhance operational effectiveness. Your work will directly contribute to impactful projects that leverage data science for meaningful outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility

* Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning techniques to drive business growth, optimize performance, and reduce risks.
* Design and deliver end-to-end data science solutions, including data preparation, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and monitoring.
* Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) across multiple data sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, and create meaningful analytical features.
* Conduct experimentation and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and measure business impact.
* Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate insights clearly and effectively.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, or a hybrid role combining both.
* Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and predictive analytics, including regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting.
* Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or R for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and modeling.
* Hands-on experience with end-to-end model development and deployment is highly preferred.
* Experience in Power BI or similar BI tools for building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
* Strong capabilities in data exploration, feature engineering, and data modeling.
* Proven ability to deliver data products and analytics solutions from concept to deployment.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
* Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
* Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments.
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Microsoft Fabric) and familiarity with MLOps practices is a plus.
