ERP Transformation / WMS Consultant

* Working closely with the CFO and leadership team to assess and simplify current processes and systems
* Conducting a structured assessment of the existing Great Plains environment, SQL-based WMS, and custom applications
* Identifying what is business-critical vs. legacy complexity or technical debt
* Bringing structure and governance to current development practices (internal and offshore)
* Improving visibility, reporting, and data consistency across operations and finance
* Supporting a clear roadmap for future ERP strategy (BC / Acumatica / NetSuite)
* Helping prepare the organization for longer-term scalability, automation, and AI enablement
* Familiarity with warehouse, reverse logistics, or supply chain heavy environments
