IT Application Manager - ERP

My client, a Dynamics 365 End-user Enterprise company with internal 20+ IT people in HK, they are looking for an IT ERP Manager to join their Application Solutions IT team. Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of ERP platforms; Take ownership as the ERP Product Lead, ensuring optimal system performance, continuous upgrades, and alignment with overall business strategies.
* Managing the project implementation activities and liaise with different stakeholders to define project scope, specifications, timeline and allocate resources
* Act as a trusted IT partner to Finance and operational teams by understanding business priorities and creating technology plans that support business objectives and transformation initiatives.
* Supervise and lead a small team responsible for ERP support, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
* Manages project scope and maintains budgetary controls
* Analyze business requirements and develop enhancements ideas to achieve business results
* Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
* Establish and strengthen governance practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and maintain alignment with corporate policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
* Degree or above holder in Computer Science, business, finance, or IT related discipline.
* Solid ERP Project Management experience, good knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
* Has Dynamics 365 F&O / Oracle EBS software implementation experience a plus.
* Solid ERP knowledge in Finance / Supply Chain module
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Creative problem solver with practical, solution focused approach.
* Proficient in both spoken and written English; Chinese and Putonghua
