Strategy & Vision

* Define and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product domain
* Use market, user and business insights to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and differentiation
* Shape and evolve the commercial model of your domain including pricing, packaging and value proposition where relevant
* Ensure solutions are designed for global scalability and a consistent app experience across markets



Discovery & Product Definition

* Lead discovery with Design and Engineering to validate problems and shape solutions that are valuable, usable and viable
* Translate insight into clear product definition including user stories, PRDs and acceptance criteria
* Advocate for member experience while balancing scale, feasibility, cost and business value



Delivery & Outcomes

* Prioritise effectively, making smart trade-offs to deliver maximum value at pace
* Partner with Engineering to plan, execute and ship high-quality releases, removing blockers and enabling delivery momentum
* Track OKRs and product metrics, evaluate outcomes and iterate to maximise member and business impact
* Make smart use of core organisational platforms and technologies (for example CRM or loyalty) to amplify value within your domain
* Anticipate and manage key risks including data privacy, member trust and regulatory considerations

Collaboration & Ways of Working

* Work collaboratively across business functions and external partners to align initiatives and strengthen results
* Communicate clearly with stakeholders and senior leaders to drive transparency, alignment and informed decision making
* Ensure strong alignment with other product domains to minimise dependencies and reduce friction across initiatives
* Continuously improve product practices, tooling and ways of working within your squad and the wider product organization
* Contribute to building capability across the product community and champion the value of an empowered product model

Our Minimum Requirements

* Experience managing a consumer-facing digital product or feature set end-to-end
* Comfortable moving between discovery and delivery - insight-led decision making
* Experience with product discovery tools & techniques (experiments, prototyping, testing)
* Strong analytical skills - able to interpret data and influence decisions
* Excellent communication - turning complexity into clarity for varied audiences
* Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Data)
* Curiosity, growth mindset, and a willingness to challenge assumptions
* Comfortable with ambiguity - able to bring structure where it doesn't yet exist
* Empathy for members and an instinct for what drives behaviour
* Familiarity with modern product tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Figma, Firebase etc.)
