Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and driven Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring our F&O environment is aligned with organizational goals and operating at its full potential. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level professional looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management modules
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with developers and architects to deliver solutions
* Support end-to-end F&O implementations, upgrades, and ongoing system enhancements
* Facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to identify gaps and drive process improvements
* Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and post-go-live support
* Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions
* Maintain functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and test scripts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across modules
* Act as a subject matter expert for Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management processes within D365 F&O

Required Qualifications

* 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
* Strong functional knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management modules
* Proven experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
* Experience supporting or leading UAT, system testing, and go-live activities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment
