D365 Business Central Continia Consultant

Our client is a growing Food and Beverage Manufacturer that is seeking a hands-on D365 Business Central Continia Document Capture Consultant.

In this role you will support and complete QA and troubleshoot vendor templates in Continia Document Capture in D365 Business Central. The goal is to ensure invoices re being captured, mapped, and posted accurately and consistently with minimal manual intervention.

Responsibilities:

* Complete setup of remaining vendor templates in Continia Document Capture.
* Review and QA existing templates for accuracy and consistency.
* Troubleshoot and fix templates that are not working properly.
* Ensure proper field mapping (vendor, invoice number, amounts, dimensions, etc.).
* Validate end-to-end workflow from document capture through posting in BC.
* Optimize templates to reduce manual corrections and exceptions.
* Provide light documentation or knowledge transfer for ongoing maintenance.

Skill Set Needed:

* Strong, hands-on experience with D365 Business Central.
* Deep experience with Continia Document Capture (this is critical).
* Proven experience building and troubleshooting Continia templates.
* Understanding of AP workflows and invoice processing in BC.
* Ability to independently diagnose and fix issues without heavy oversight.
