Job Title: Controller - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Controller with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience to oversee financial operations and support strategic decision-making. This role will manage day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and play a key role in optimizing financial processes within the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full accounting cycle including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close
*

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
*

Manage and optimize financial processes within Business Central
*

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
*

Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and reporting
*

Support ERP improvements, reporting, and process automation within Business Central
*

Supervise and mentor accounting staff

Qualifications:

*

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
*

5+ years of accounting/finance experience, with leadership responsibilities preferred
*

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
*

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-based environments preferred
*

Strong analytical, reporting, and process improvement skills
