Role: Head of Data (Cloud Transformation)

The Mission

We are at a pivotal architectural crossroads. As the Head of Data, you will evaluate, select, and implement our long-term data foundation. You will lead a high-performing local team to migrate legacy structures into a world-class environment built for scale and AI-readiness.

The Technical Landscape

You will have the autonomy to define our stack, focusing on the industry's leading platforms. We are looking for expertise in:

Data Warehousing & Lakehouses: Strategic evaluation and implementation of Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.

The Python Engine: Overseeing advanced automation, custom ETL frameworks, and ML integration using Python.
*

BI & Visualization: Building sophisticated, executive-level insights via Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
*

Migrations: Planning and executing the transition of fragmented data sources into a unified cloud architecture.

Experience & Skills

Platform Mastery: You have "seen the movie before" with at least two of the following: Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks. You understand the cost-to-performance trade-offs of each.
*

Swedish Leadership: Proven experience managing Swedish-native engineering teams. You thrive in a flat, autonomous, and high-trust work culture.
*

Migration Architecture: You have led a large-scale data migration from start to finish, ensuring zero downtime and high data integrity.
*

Strategic Communication: You can translate "storage clusters" and "compute costs" into business value for the C-suite.
