Job Description: Data Migration Manager

Join a dynamic team focused on data migration within a leading organization. We seek a Data Migration Manager for our Azure - DevOps, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement team. This remote position is open to candidates in the US or Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee end-to-end data migration processes across platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies and requirements.
* Implement best practices for data management.
* Lead and mentor a team of 4 (2 functional analysts, 2 developers).

Required Skills:

* Expertise in data migration, particularly in Azure or Microsoft Dynamics.
* Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies.
* Background in F&O and ADO is essential; familiarity with project cost accounting is a plus.
* Proven leadership experience in a remote setting with excellent communication skills.
