Head of IT

I'm looking for a Head of IT Operations with strong Azure experience to join a well-known Swedish brand in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will have experience working in leadership roles, as well as hands on experience with Azure, on-prem solutions, infrastructure as code, CI/CD and DevOps. Bonus points if you have experience from larger organisations with complex IT environments, and any knowledge with IT governance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure quality support and that systems remain up to date, with responsibility for incident management.
* Ensure infrastructure meets security requirements, and improve identity and access management.
* Measure and report ' for operations and support on a monthly basis.
* Drive automation of operations, infrastructure, and deployments, using Terraform and CI/CD, collaborating with the wider development team.
* Conduct performance reviews, salary reviews, and manage department budget, planning, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

* 5+ years' experience in an IT leadership role, preferably IT operations or infrastructure
* Experienced working with Azure infrastructure and on-prem solutions
* Experience with infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and DevOps

This role requires candidates to speak fluent Swedish and cannot support visas.
