Responsibilities

* Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap aligned with business goals
* Lead and scale a distributed team of engineers, DevOps, and AI/ML specialists
* Ensure platform scalability, security, and reliability for enterprise customers
* Drive the AI strategy, integrating LLMs and automation into customer-facing use cases
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
* Own technical hiring, team structure, and engineering culture
* Represent the tech strategy to customers, partners, investors, and the board
* Stay close to architecture and implementation to ensure technical excellence
* Champion agile practices, continuous delivery, and DevOps principles
* Help evolve the platform into a fully agentic system using modern AI technologies

Candidate Profile

* Proven experience leading engineering or product teams in a scaling B2B SaaS company
* Strong technical foundation, ideally with hands-on experience in cloud-native, API-first platforms
* Experience with AI/ML or LLM-driven products is a major advantage
* Comfortable making 80% of decisions with 80% of the information
* Skilled at balancing product velocity with long-term technical vision
* Empathetic leader who can coach teams through growth and change
* Fluent in English and comfortable in international environments
* Bonus: Experience with public speaking and external representation
