The Role

The Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role in driving the firm's digital transformation, designing and delivering scalable, modern solutions that create outstanding experiences for both clients and colleagues.

Working closely with technical teams, business leaders, and external suppliers, the successful candidate will modernise legacy systems, reduce technical debt, and introduce innovative products and services. The role offers the opportunity to influence strategic technology direction, empower professionals through smarter use of digital tools, and deliver solutions that provide a genuine competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

Designing innovative technology solutions to modernise systems and deliver new digital services.

Contributing to the firm's long-term technology strategy and roadmap.

Providing architectural leadership across the full project lifecycle.

Ensuring seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems.

Engaging stakeholders across technical and non-technical backgrounds.

The Candidate

The successful applicant will be a proven Enterprise or Solutions Architect with strong experience in system architecture, cloud (Azure), data management, and integration. They will be confident in both technical leadership and stakeholder engagement, able to translate complex concepts into clear business value.

Experience in agile, product-led environments is essential, along with a solid understanding of DevSecOps practices, software engineering, and user-centric design. Professional services or legal sector experience would be advantageous but is not required.

This is a role for a curious, solutions-focused individual who combines pragmatism with a long-term architectural vision, and who is passionate about enabling transformation and innovation.
