Job Title: D365 Business Central Systems Analyst / Developer

Location: Hybrid - Philadelphia, PA (2-3 days on-site per week)

About the Role:

We're looking for a D365 Business Central (BC) Systems Analyst / Developer to join our growing team in Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid role with hands-on responsibility across the full implementation lifecycle, ongoing development, and user support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You'll work directly with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, and supply chain to design solutions, develop customizations, and consult cross-functionally to improve systems and workflows in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Lead or support end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations, upgrades, and integrations
*

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BC solutions
*

Develop customizations and extensions using AL, including modifications to financials, inventory, purchasing, and production modules
*

Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
*

Work with 3rd party applications including Lanham EDI, Power BI, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
*

Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to support operational and financial decision-making
*

Partner with cross-functional teams to align BC functionality with business needs
*

Conduct user training and documentation for new features and system changes

What We're Looking For:

*

3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)
*

Proven experience leading or participating in full life cycle implementations
*

Strong development skills with AL language; C/AL or C/SIDE a plus
*

Experience working in or supporting the manufacturing industry, ideally food & beverage
*

Familiarity with Lanham EDI integrations and supply chain functions
*

Experience with Power Platform tools and Power BI dashboard creation
*

Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders across departments
*

Self-starter who can balance development work with business analysis and consulting
*

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
