Our client, a publishing industry Dynamics 365 Business Central end user, is looking for a Business Solutions Manager to lead a series of ongoing integration, improvement, and upgrade projects on a constantly evolving system.

We are looking for someone who is up to date on the latest and greatest in Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and the Power Platform; an Agile Delivery Lead who can both manage teams and step in where need be on configuration and support efforts.

Your New Role:

* Lead ERP strategy, upgrades, and cloud migrations
* Drive Agile delivery across sprints and roadmaps
* Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams
* Manage integrations, technical debt, and innovation
* Present insights to execs and guide transformation
* Oversee a technical team, working closely with stakeholders on systems and process improvements

What You'll Need:

* 5+ years of experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, including at least 2 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central upgrade and implementations completed
* Expert finance and accounting process knowledge
* Experience with supply chain and EDI integrations preferred, not required
* PMP or Scrum Master certification a big plus
* Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including cloud infrastructure, security, and integrations.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Microsoft Power Apps for low-code application development.
* 5+ years in a team leadership capacity
