F# Software Engineer (Mid-Senior) - Oslo (Hybrid)

We're looking for experienced F# Software Engineers to join a highly skilled product engineering environment working on complex, data-intensive platforms used to support critical decision-making in a global industry.

This is an opportunity to work on advanced systems that process and interpret large-scale, real-world data, alongside a team known for technical depth, strong collaboration, and long-term stability.

The Role

You'll be working on sophisticated backend systems built with F#, contributing to products that handle data collection, modelling, and interpretation at scale. The work is complex and domain-heavy, but you'll be supported by experienced engineers and given the time and space to learn.

Expect to:

* Build and maintain high-performance, functional-first systems using F#
* Work on data-heavy platforms with real-world impact
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams
* Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
* Continuously learn and adapt within a complex technical domain

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of experience working with F# (or strong functional programming experience with relevant exposure)
* Solid background in software engineering within complex systems
* Comfortable working in a highly technical, problem-solving environment
* Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively

Note: Domain experience is not required - curiosity and learning mindset are key.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

* Technically challenging work - deep, complex systems with real impact
* Strong engineering culture - collaborate with highly capable, experienced developers
* Stability & long-term growth - low attrition and consistent investment in engineering
* Freedom to build - modern tools, strong R&D backing, and trust in engineers

If you're interested in working with F# at scale, solving genuinely complex problems, and being part of a stable, high-performing engineering environment, this is well worth exploring.
