D365 BC/NAV Developer - Aarhus (Flexible Hybrid)

Join a close-knit team who have been steadily growing in Jutland for the past 1.5 years, who also have a presence in Copenhagen. The company specialises in financial and leasing solutions, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV to deliver tailored services to its customers. They are now preparing for an exciting transition from C/AL to AL across all products - a strategic move that will modernise their offerings and strengthen their market position.

The Role
We are looking for a skilled D365 Business Central/NAV Developer to lead the migration from C/AL to AL. This is a pivotal role where you'll help shape the technical future of the organisation. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth migration and maintain existing customer solutions while introducing modern best practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive the transition from C/AL to AL for all products.
* Develop, customise, and maintain Business Central/NAV solutions for financial and leasing workflows.
* Collaborate with internal teams to define technical requirements and project plans.
* Provide guidance on best practices for AL development and extensions.
* Support existing customers and ensure system stability during migration.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience as a D365 BC/NAV Developer.
* Strong knowledge of AL development.
* Solid understanding of C/AL and legacy NAV environments.
* Familiarity with financial and leasing processes is a plus.
* Fluent Danish speaking.
