Solution Architect / Senior Consultant - D365 Finance & Operations

A well-established Microsoft partner in the Nordics is seeking a Solution Architect / Senior Consultant with strong finance experience to join their expanding D365 F&O team in Denmark. Following a recent merger, the company has secured a stable market position and strengthened its collaboration with Microsoft, earning Microsoft Inner Circle status for the past 10 years.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the functional design and delivery of D365 F&O solutions, with a focus on finance
* Translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
* Participate in activities including scoping, demos, and workshops
* Define and document business processes and functional specifications
* Support testing, training, and go-live activities
* Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement

Preferred Experience

* Proven experience delivering D365 F&O finance implementations
* Strong understanding of financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting)
* Ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels
* Experience in a consultancy or partner environment
* Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development
