What You'll Do

* Lead and develop a strong engineering team focused on quality and delivery.
* Define and implement the technology strategy for backend solutions using .NET, microservices architecture, and Azure.
* Ensure scalable, secure, and robust solutions for the telecom sector.
* Collaborate closely with product and business teams to deliver value to customers.
* Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in development and DevOps.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in the telecom industry (mandatory).
* Strong technical background in .NET, microservices, and cloud technologies (Azure).
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
* Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical understanding.
* Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) - (mandatory)
