We're working with a global ISV that develops market-leading add-ons for Dynamics 365 Business Central. They're looking for a Business Central Support Engineer to join their team supporting payment management and banking solutions. Your role will include:

* Providing daily support via helpdesk, phone, and email to partners in Denmark and abroad
* Troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of BC-related solutions
* Reproducing issues and collaborating with the development team to resolve them
* Testing new functionality in future releases
* Documenting solutions and FAQs to share knowledge
* Working closely with solution specialists and developers to improve products

What we're looking for:

* Experience with Dynamics NAV or Business Central
* Understanding of finance processes, especially Accounts Payable/Banking
* Strong communication skills in both Danish and English
* A structured, positive, and proactive approach with the ability to multitask
* A genuine interest in problem-solving and supporting customers/partners
