D365 Business Central Consultant

We are looking for D365 Business central Consultants (functional) for a Microsoft Partner, that is currently looking to expand their D365 BC team in Sydney.



Responsibilities:



* Lead the functional delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, working closely with customers to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, design solutions, and support successful implementations.
* Mentor and develop junior consultants through coaching, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day guidance, playing a key role in building the capability of the consulting team.
* Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with Business Central best practices.
* Support implementations across Finance and Supply Chain modules, with exposure to Manufacturing considered highly desirable.



Requirements:

* Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) implementations in a Functional Consultant, Senior Consultant, or similar client-facing role.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor, support, and develop junior consultants, with strong leadership qualities and a collaborative approach to team success.
* Strong functional expertise across Finance and Supply Chain Management, with Manufacturing experience viewed as a significant advantage.
* Solid techno-functional understanding of Business Central, combined with excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and a proactive mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
