Lead Java Developer (Contract)

The Company:



Join a leading cloud-based PaaS provider specializing in call center CRM software solutions. The client's innovative platform includes reporting tools and offers inbound/outbound call capabilities, case handling, campaign management, and rapid project deployment for customers worldwide.



The Role:



* Lead software developer role with no HR responsibilities.
* Conduct Scrum meetings and prioritize tasks for the team.
* Conduct code reviews weekly and engage in continuous development.
* Bug hunting and resolving on a rolling basis.
* Migration of legacy Angular code to VueJS.
* Investigating and troubleshooting complex code issues.



Requirements:



* 8+ years of software development experience, preferably in Java/Kotlin.
* Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
* Relevant Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
* Excellent English communication skills.



Nice To Have:



* Experience in a Linux environment.
* Proficiency in some or all of the following:
* Angular
* VueJS
* AWS
* VMware
* Asterix
* Erlang
