Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator | $90K Base Salary | Onsite in Boston



Company Overview: Our client based in Boston, is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to join their team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and supporting their CRM system and collaborating with internal teams to address their CRM needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, previous administrative experience, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities and Qualifications:

* Manage and support Dynamics 365 CRM system, including performing customizations and configurations as needed.
* Work closely with internal teams to understand and meet their CRM needs, providing training and support to users.
* Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and best practices.
* Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM system.
* Strong technical background with the ability to perform customizations and configurations.
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Knowledge of CRM best practices.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.



Compensation/Benefits:

* $90,000 base salary
* 6% bonus (based on company performance)
