Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Implementation Projects: Oversee the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Business Central Cloud ERP solutions.
* Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with client's business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful project execution.
* Solution Architecture: Develop and document functional and technical solution designs that address business requirements and pain points.
* Hands-On Configuration: Configure Business Central modules (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA) to align with client needs.
* Custom Solutions Development: Create custom reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions.
* Practice Development: Contribute to the growth of the companies Cloud ERP practice by developing industry-specific accelerators and expanding into new technology areas.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Management Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an ERP Practice Manager in Finance Transformation, with 2-3 full lifecycle implementations.
* ERP Expertise: Over 10 years of experience with Business Central ERP, including financials, supply chain management, and human capital management.
* Communication Skills: Strong ability to manage stakeholders and handle high-pressure situations.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
* Certifications: Business Central certifications are preferred.
* Personal Attributes: Self-driven, committed to high standards, and results-oriented.
