IT Support (In-house role, vendor support)

My client is a well-known company in Asia, and they are looking for an IT Support to join their Hong Kong IT team. This is a fantastic chance to work with people from different nationality / culture with opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities:

* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT Application (like POS, Payment systems, CRM)
* Provide administrative support to IT Service Management Team
* Handle phone calls and mails from internal parties and clients and log into the company's system
* Provide on and off-site support service
* Assist in various projects including hardware or software

The ideal candidate is:

* Degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
* With IT knowledge of AP, routing, switching, firewall and IP addressing.
* Experience in POS system is a bonus.
* Experience in cloud computing is an advantage.
* Good analytical mind, self motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
* Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
* Fresh graduate / junior talent are also welcome!
