Tasks

* Support in the system development and expansion of customer engagement solutions
* Support, maintenance and further development of the (cloud) application based on Microsoft technologies (Dynamics365 CE & Azure)
* Support for user management and user support
* Accompanying the CRM projects on the business side
* Recording of business requests, verification of changes and their implementation
* Coordination of implementation by external cloud partners
* Testing and quality control
* Several years of experience in the documentation of CRM solutions, MS D365 desirable
* Experience in project management of CRM maintenance
* Fluent in German & English (French is a plus)Business knowledge
* Customer focus and understanding of holistic and solution-orientated approaches and processes
* Passion for digital transformation
* Independence but also team player

Profile
