Position Overview:

As a key member of the development team, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner, delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of new functionality in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution, whilst also contributing to the further enhancement of a suite of industry specific ISV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop new functionality in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution that meet client needs.
* Contribute to the further development and enhancement of a suite of ISV solutions that adds functionality to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution for clients that operate in a specific industry
* Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance.
* Implement best practices, standards, and methodologies for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development.
* Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to project teams and clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
* Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and updates related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
* Mentor and support more junior colleagues in the development team

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (desirable).
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
* Proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, SQL, and other relevant programming languages and technologies.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations architecture, data model, and customization capabilities.
* Experience with integrations, extensions, reports, workflows, and other functionalities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Microsoft certifications such as MB-300 (Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations) or MB-500 (Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer) is a plus.
* Previous experience working for a Microsoft Gold Partner or Independent Software Vendor is highly desirable.
