    A growing Microsoft Partner is seeking an ERP Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central systems-and the ability to contribute to development tasks.

    This hybrid role blends functional consulting with light development work, ideal for someone who can bridge business needs with technical execution.

    Your New Role:

    * Act as a key member of the ERP implementation team, from requirements gathering to post go-live support
    * Collaborate with customer stakeholders (especially finance and supply chain) to design tailored business processes
    * Troubleshoot system errors and identify paths for improvement
    * Contribute to development tasks including AL extension coding and Power Platform solutions
    * Lead technical design and integration efforts, combining base Business Central with ISV technologies
    * Work with developers to design technical blueprints and customizations
    * Train and support key users both onsite and remotely
    * Manage upgrades and integrations with ISV products and reporting tools

    What You'll Need:

    * 4+ years of Business Central experience
    * Experience with AL development and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
    * Business Central implementation experience is a plus
    * Prior consulting experience in the Microsoft Partner channel preferred
    * Experience with Jet Reports or Power BI desired
    * General knowledge of GAAP, FP&A processes, and ability to interface with finance professionals
    * Excellent communication and customer service skills
